
How to Prepare For Your Online Sleep Apnea Consultation

Within 72 Hours of Scheduling Your Appointment
Step 1
Check your inbox for an email from Ognomy Sleep titled “Start Your Journey,” sent by sheepa@ognomy.com. Follow the instructions to login to our patient platform at patient.ognomy.com
Step 2
Add a picture of your insurance card to your account. Make sure to add your secondary insurance if you have one.
We'll verify your benefits and let you know about any copays. Contact your insurance carrier for the most accurate insurance coverage information.
Step 3
Upload a form of payment to your account. This will be used for any co-payments that you might have. We will not charge you without your consent.
Before Your Appointment
Complete the new patient paperwork in your account.
Be sure you are in a quiet place, with good internet coverage, and will not be distracted or disturbed during the full appointment time.
Your appointment will be online. If you do not have a smartphone or computer with microphone and camera, please contact us at the number below.
You must log in to attend your appointment. The doctor will not be calling you.You will receive email and text notifications 30 minutes and 2 minutes before your appointment with a link to log into your account.
A $60 fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Reschedule easily from your patient portal or by calling us.
